Shipping policy

Shipping and Tracking policy:

Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your products as we hand print to order. Once your products are packaged and dispatched  you will receive a tracking number via the email provided with your order.

Once your order has been collected for delivery, Ratbag threads can accept no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damages to your products. This can be a result of a delay caused by our courier that we have no control over. If ATL (Authority to leave) is requested by the customer on your order, Ratbag Threads is not liable for parcels that show as delivered when an ATL is noted and the goods go missing.
