Refund policy

Refund and returns policy:

 

Ratbag Threads have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days to return your products after receiving them and to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your purchased products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed. We are not able to refund or exchange any products that appear to have been washed or worn. You must include a copy of your packing slip with the return.

 

To start a return you can contact us at tom@ratbagthreads.com and If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return the products. Ratbag threads do not cover the cost of return postage. Products sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Once we have received and inspected the products we will organise an exchange or refund, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.
